I have lived in Elmwood Park (River Forest Manor) all of my life, accept for the time I attended St. Norbert College in DePere Wisconsin. I attended St. Vincent Ferrer Grammar School in River Forest and Holy Cross High School. I am passionate about the neighborhood and am involved in many community organizations and boards. Needless to say, I am familiar with the Chicago and West Suburban areas. You don't need to worry about missing that perfect home because your agent was not familiar with local opportunities.
I have 30+ years in various roles as a sales professional with expertise in "Customer Care" and letting the customer know that I am committed to them. I am known for being an effective communicator who will keep customers informed of the status and process of buying/selling their home. I am committing to my customers that I will be dedicated, trustworthy, and sets high standards that will benefit them.
I'm here to help you through every step of the real estate process from the search, showings, negotiations, inspection, attorney review, financing and the closing. I'm also a source for great service providers should you need to enhance your curb appeal for sale or make some personal style alterations to your new purchase. My aim is to create an enjoyable and low stress real estate experience for you.
It is a well-known fact that Baird & Warner utilizes more technology-based marketing tools than any other area agency! Professional digital photography, website advertising, paid-for optimal listing placement, search engine optimization, local and national print advertising, in-home marketing, area "new listing" mail announcements. My personal & professional networking and 24-hour availability are key elements to getting a home sold in today's market.

Ed went "above and beyond" in coordinating Village of Elmwood Park inspections and services when the property was vacant. He held several open house events, and multiple broker open house sessions.
Ed was always available to answer our questions throughout the selling process. He worked around our tough schedule. We were very satisfied with his work. He is honest and very knowledgeable of the area. We will definitely use his service again. Thanks Ed!!
Ed was exceptional in his efforts to find me an apartment to rent. Ed helped me secure a place to live, sight-unseen. He personally drove to the residence, took pictures and videos, and actively sought units matching my criteria. Ed found me a home in a fantastic area, and he did so quickly and without sacrificing my requests. Ed never felt like a realtor, only like a friend. Even after finalizing the lease, Ed still continues to check in on me, and give me advice on restaurants and local sights
I couldn't be happier with the service Ed provided. He was very knowledgeable of the Oak Park/River Forest area, and helped me narrow down my search to the one condo that I eventually purchased. Ed was very responsive to my needs, as I was relocating from another state, and he was always available. For instance, the first time I met him was in the hospital! He had to visit the emergency room for what could have been a very serious issue, and while I was ready to wait for his return to health, Ed insisted that I come on over to meet and sign paperwork. I don't think I've ever met a harder working person! He was a good negotiator, and I was able to purchase the property for about 10% less than the seller's initial demand. He also got several thousand dollars worth of electrical and plumbing work done, as well as compensation for a broken appliance. Overall, I would recommend Ed Bellock to any person interested in buying/selling in the Oak Park/River Forest area, and when I'll need a real estate agent in the future, he'll be the first man I call.
